I stayed at this hotel with fantastic views of Puebla and surrounding mountains. The rooms are beautiful, but mine was super small and facing a busy street. The hotel should work on better isolating the rooms from outside noise.

The service was good overall, except for one lady at the reception desk who seemed annoyed when she realized my Spanish wasn't fluent. The morning service, however, was very accommodating. I do think they can enhance the hospitality for guests.

The hotel's location is great as everything is within walking distance, including the Historic Center. Despite being on a busy avenue, the central location is perfect for exploring Puebla.

The breakfast consisted of sour orange juice, hard bread, and watery coffee for a pricey amount of 150 pesos. Despite this, the morning service was pleasant.

I had a great experience at the hotel, especially enjoying the fantastic views of Puebla and the surrounding mountains from my room. The intimate setting was nice, although the lack of privacy while showering was a bit odd. The traffic noise from the main avenue was noticeable inside the room.

I found the staff to be very kind and attentive, except for the ladies at the reception desk. They kindly moved me to another room and were always helpful and friendly, except for the reception staff.

The hotel's location was great as it wasn't too far from the Historic Center, making it convenient for walking around to places like El Parián, The Catedral, and Downtown. Being close to 'Popo' the volcano, despite its eruptions, added an exciting element.
